The in-house CRA is a critical member of our research team. This position, reporting to the VP of Clinical Affairs, will provide centralized support for all clinical study-related activities including site identification / startup / closeout, management of study documents and trial master file (TMF), and tracking of sponsor and investigator obligations for accuracy and regulatory compliance. Experience with subjective clinical endpoints is an added plus. The role requires travel to clinical study sites as necessary.
Magnus’ market access and reimbursement lead will be responsible for creating and managing strategic and tactical elements of the US-specific reimbursement process to broaden access to our innovative treatment and acquire effective coding, coverage, and payment. After commercialization, this role will work with our commercial organization to support sales and develop innovative programs to link providers with payers. Strong communication skills and deep experience in health economics and reimbursement are a must for collaboration and direct interaction with payers, providers, professional societies, and other advocates.

Magnus’ Senior Algorithm Engineer, reporting to the Chief Scientific Officer, will collaborate to design and implement medical-grade software to process an unprecedented set of large-scale multidimensional, multivariate healthcare data. This work will include the design of technology and analysis of data to generate actionable patient insights that will aid in personalized treatment for mental health disorders.
As Magnus’ in-house intellectual property lead, you’ll have responsibility for working with outside counsel as well as Magnus’ R&D teams and senior management to extend and maintain our strong IP portfolio. The ideal candidate has significant experience managing the preparation and prosecution of patent applications, gained in previous role(s) in industry, law, or tech transfer. You’ll use these skills to identify strategic opportunities for new IP; identify innovations, capture inventions, and elicit disclosures; and maximize effectiveness of outside counsel. This position is a part-time role, details negotiable.
The hardware engineer will be responsible for testing and troubleshooting the Magnus product hardware, and for assisting engineers and R&D staff with development. The hardware engineer will report directly to the VP of hardware engineering. An in-office “jack of all trades” type of role, the hardware engineer is responsible for physically building prototypes, analyzing characterization data, troubleshooting hardware, maintaining the lab, and participating in verification activities. The role may vary depending on your skills.
